Reflexology is the science that deals with the principle that there are Reflex areas in the feet, hands and ears that are relative to every organ, function, system and part of the Human Body
Reflexology is a unique and ancient method of using thumb and finger techniques on these Reflexes to regain and maintain homeostasis in a very safe, gentle and non-intrusive way.
Reflexology is a Drug-Free, Complimentary Therapy that offers Preventative Healthcare
Regular sessions gently work the body back to Homeostasis enhancing the Natural Healing Ability that we all have.
Reflexology can;
Improve Blood and Nerve Congestion
Relieve Stress and Tension
Improve Sleeping Patterns
Well-being is promoted and Energy Levels can be increased
Reflexology (30-90 minutes);
Reflexology is best undertaken with 1-hour Treatments for 3 to 4 weekly sessions.
This helps the body to return to homeostasis.
A Monthly Maintenance Program is then recommended to ensure the body’s Natural Healing Ability continues.
It is at this point that half hour treatments are also available to suit your schedule.

This makes it ideal for those with sensitive skin.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is an Ancient Ayurvedic Technique that has been practiced for over 1000 years working on the Physical, Psychological and Energetic Levels.
It provides a De-Stressing Treatment for the Whole Body by massaging the Upper Back, Shoulders, Arms, Neck, Head, Scalp and Face where all our Stress and Tension can be stored.
The massage is conducted seated in a chair, fully clothed

Blood flow is improved encouraging healing.
Lymphatic drainage is improved helping to eliminate waste and improving headaches, lethargy and dull skin.

Wow so I just had to share-
I just received an incredible healing with Fiona from North Canterbury
I thought it was facial acupressure I was getting - but turns out it’s even more- with massage & healing involved.
My story is I had a mini stoke in 2016 affecting my left side. During the treatment, I could feel all sorts awakening in my face & body with the physical & energetic therapy she gave me.
Now, I can visibly notice quite the lift in both sides of my face. I have more feeling in the affected side of my face & my skin feels great. She even finished it off with a lovely organic face oil. I feel so spoiled & thankful!
